Fidgitiness, whether a real word or not, is real enough in my language, hehe. And something I am at times ;)
I go to the gym twice a day at the mo, possibly overkill, but a 35 - 45min walk on a treadmill is a better way to monitor my heart rate (has to stay below 120bpm)

The results will be a good motivator ;)
